Pet Policy

Pet-friendly living starts with the small daily wins. At Continental, you can settle into a Midtown home with space for your pet’s routine—from storing leashes and litter supplies in generous closet space to choosing select layouts with a private balcony or extra kitchen storage.

For fresh air, walks, and off-leash time, the area puts you close to everyday pet essentials, including a fenced dog park at Arctic Benson Park. Back home, practical community conveniences like controlled access, laundry facilities, online service requests, and on-site maintenance help keep your day simple. Review the pet policy details on this page, then schedule a tour to see how Continental can fit life with your companion.
